2. You’ll need these:

a) pair of 5 lbs.

b) your resistance bands

c)a chair, sofa, bench, or steps = something with height off the ground

=> Don’t have bands? No worries, use bodyweight or pair of 2 lb. wgts

3. Watch the video. It previews the moves so you get to know them.

4. Get Moving!
